Taylah McDonald

During my time as a team leader at Boost, I have worked with my team by directing them during high-volume service hours to encourage efficiency in drink production and customer satisfaction. I have also trained and mentored new staff members over the last four years during their transition from trainee to Boostie by setting expectations and goals that they can work towards during shifts. When approaching busy periods like Summer, I have worked with my team to discuss more effective ways to manage time and how we can individually work on our performance. One of my main areas of success has been creating a safe place to discuss worries and concerns, as the workplace can be stressful. I have also established and continue to maintain my relationships with regular customers by interacting with them and making sure they feel satisfied with their service.
