● Scanning/ordering pharmacy ward stock (imprest)
● Packing of medications and delivering them to allocated wards.
● Ensuring the maintenance of imprest supplies in all wards
● Responding to any urgent outstanding calls/requests for imprest
● inventory management, stock issuing (clearing requisitions, unplanned issues, stock returns, barcode printings, stock enquiries etc.)
● Facilitate any supply of non-imprest items as directed by the pharmacist in charge or dispensary staff

● Receive calls from home patients, recording their conditions, duration and severity.
