  • Developed detailed designs for top and bottom reinforcements of post-tensioned slabs, as well as shear reinforcements for supporting columns, utilizing analysis results from RAM Concept to optimise reinforcement layouts
  • Performed post-tensioned slab and reinforced concrete beam design for the transverse level, ensuring structural capacity to effectively transfer and support loads from the upper floors.

Burswood Peninsula

  • Carried out post-tensioned slab design for a two-tower accommodation project, detailing the layout and number of transverse and longitudinal tendons to maintain deflections within the serviceability limit.
  • Prepared detailed reinforcement layouts for post-tensioned slabs, including top and bottom reinforcement, and designed shear reinforcement for supporting columns using RAM Concept analysis to optimise structural performance and material efficiency.

44 Mill Point Road, South Perth

  • Designed post-tensioned slabs for a dual-tower student accommodation complex, determining the optimal layout, spacing, and quantity of transverse and longitudinal tendons to limit deflections serviceability threshold.
  • Developed comprehensive reinforcement detailing for the slabs, including precise top and bottom bar placement, anchorage zones, and edge conditions. Also designed shear reinforcement for supporting columns based on RAM Concept analysis outputs, ensuring structural integrity, material efficiency, and compliance with applicable standards.
