• In conjunction with the Manager / Senior Manager, supervise and review the work of the engagement team, being suitably involved throughout the engagement
• Contribute to the development of the audit strategy, materiality, risk assessment, risk of fraud and planned audit approach, prior to commencing field work
• Complete audit procedures that obtain sufficient appropriate audit evidence with a focus on quality and in accordance with applicable auditing standards

Foundation curriculum facilitator of Assurance 3 and Assurance 4 modules within the Core Fundamentals curriculum for Assurance graduates in years 0-3 at PwC (approx. 1-2 week courses)

• Develop, coach, mentor and share expertise with team members, providing stretch assignments to advance their capability
• Provide technical knowledge, direction, and training to engagement team members
• Contribute to the development of the audit strategy, materiality, risk assessment, risk of fraud and planned audit approach, prior to commencing field work
• Complete audit procedures that obtain sufficient appropriate audit evidence with a focus on quality and in accordance with applicable auditing standards
• Exercise (including coaching more junior team members) and document the approach to professional skepticism including robust challenge, consideration of alternatives and disconfirming evidence.

• Plan audit engagements end-to-end and design appropriate audit procedures to issue an appropriate audit opinion.
• Assign work, supervise, and offer on-the-job training to audit assistants to enable them to perform specific audit procedures in accordance with the firm's methodology.
• Keep abreast with technical developments in the profession and the country, to anticipate client needs, and offer value added and practical business solutions.

• Assisting in leading teams in the execution of financial statement audits from the planning stage to completion and reporting
• Assisting in preparation of audit reports, including reports to management.
• Review of statutory accounts for compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards and the relevant local legislations.
• Assessment of the internal and external operating environment of organizations

• Familiarizing yourself with the client's business.
• Reviewing the organization's financial systems.
• Performing tests to check financial information.
• Building a relationship with the client and advising on improvement areas
• Checking items that appear in financial statements.
