My name is Rhiahna Jackson and I am currently 29 years old. I have worked within the hospitality industry for 13 years and I currently live and work full-time in Brisbane at Espresso Engine, a company comprised of six cafes. I have been with this company for 7 years of my hospitality career.
I have worked my way up the ladder within the company’s busy cafes situated in the heart of Brisbane City, starting at the very bottom doing dishes to then becoming the 2IC of the busiest store within 6 months, to then becoming the Operations Manager of three out of the six stores. I have also executed the accounts and payroll position within the company whilst the accounts manager was on maternity leave. By moving up through the ranks of the company, I have acquired many people management and customer service skills.
I am looking for a full-time role that challenges me and allows me to utilise and develop my strengths even further. I really value understanding the "why" behind a company's process' because I believe that it builds a solid foundation for said processes to be implemented and implemented well.
