• Adhere to heavy equipment safety and operation protocols.
• Operate equipment in a manner that will not result in undue or unnecessary equipment breakdown, capable of scraping roads in an efficient manner, blading roads to proper crown, and efficiently filling in the rough sections of roads.
• Perform thorough safety and maintenance checks on a daily basis.
• Adaptability to perform in a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature without loss of efficiency or composure.
• Performing wet weather task to work standards.

Loader 980/992:

• Perform routine lubricating, fueling and cleaning loaders.
• Component and capable operator to load material onto Haul trucks and Moxy's.
• Building intersections to comply with mine standards.

Completing clean up duties if/ as required if a spillage occurs.

• Operate CAT agitator underground and on surface, batching and chem handling, machine cleaning, managing concrete slump tolerance levels and the discharge of shotcrete/concrete
• Great knowledge and understanding and commitment to mining safety and procedures in both underground and surface operations
• Strong commitment to health, safety and environmental responsibilities.

• Manage employee schedules, accommodating individual client’s requests and requirements
• Track and report significant changes in client’s medications and overall needs
• Correspond with client’s families about the plan of care and viable treatment options
• Liaising with clients regards to their daily care and needs
• Communicating with Doctors and other medical professions regarding clients
• Setting a high standard of care managing client care plans, rosters for certain clients, organising a team of carers to assist and care for our clients’ daily needs.
