Educational Philosophy

No Education whereby student’s voices are silenced - an education for our students is one that listens to what our youth of today need, value and, ensures they provide success. Educating every one of our students about inclusivity (neurodiversity, disabilities, why, etc); to ensure diverse students are accepted and understood, and are supported by all, as well make their managing of self-regulation easier (more harmonious classrooms, patience, tolerance, character building, friendships). Eradicate bullying - no tolerance for any form of it; perpetrators accountable, realities of such behaviours and inclusion of outside services to educate what it can lead to later in life (Domestic Violence, wrong circle of association, mental health, self-harm, suicide, etc).

Importance In Education

Real life exposure that interests students and shares the truth of life. Honesty, not pretending nor treating students like real life problems don't exist, they are too young to hear it and they are only children. Students need protection in life and be aware of the realities – students are exposed to more unhealthy online business. It’s healthy to not be ashamed and openly discuss issues that directly affect teenagers. Fostering positive relationships with students, staff, parents, families and the wider community necessary for personal well-being, and is useful for student engagement or experiences in the community; builds a supportive culture. Involving parents in the school community as support, direct roles and responsibilities, take on roles, and decisions about children growth is created and collaborated in unison. Positive rapport is paramount - build trust, mutual understanding, respectfulness, safety and means less behavioral issues.
