01.2011 - Current

Works Supervisor, Civil Construction, 8 years.

-I have been a Works Supervisor for over 8 years. I have been heavily involved in some major projects that TFNSW has delivered over the years and, as a Works Supervisor, delivered the largest construction program in the state for TFNSW on the New England Highway with the safety works.

-I have been successful on multiple different construction projects, and I have a proven ability to deliver complex projects in complex situations on multiple occasions.

-I have a wealth of experience in TFNSW construction, systems, and technical background, with leading multiple teams that would benefit the organization in the future.

-I also have managed and performed surveillance and supervised on many different tier 1-3 contractors throughout out my career and have a great understanding of contractual agreements and requirements.

-Human Resources Management: 30+ direct staff.

- Contractor management of multiple contractors and tier-1 contracts.

- Supervision in Delivering - $62 million 2020 road safety program over several projects and sites running simultaneously. - 2021 delivered $52 million of construction works throughout New England and other neighboring councils.

-2022 combined Flood recovery work

Northern Rivers is also delivering around $32 million of construction work for the Northern region of TFNSW.

In 2023, after successfully delivering the largest construction program in the state for TFNSW, I moved back to the Far North Coast to go on and deliver around $19 million worth of construction work while also delivering $20 million of resilience work.

-2024 successfully delivered multiple projects and resilience works up to $25 million.

-2025 currently delivering multiple complex projects and Tier 1 contracts up to $20 million.
