Career Overview

A dedicated and highly motivated Registered Nurse with over twenty years’ experience in patient-centred care, from health promotion, interventional procedures and student and colleague education. From the Training and Graduate programs at the Royal Adelaide Hospital (1988 -1992) I moved into the Department of Radiology. Undertaking evening courses I gained skills that enhanced my chances to gain a ‘Responsible Infirmier’ position at the Queensland Club Med. Village on Lindeman Island. Following that was a four year period of Occupational Health related work in Great Britain, based in London. I returned to the Department of Radiology at Royal Adelaide Hospital in November 2000, and attained the personal reclassification to Clinical Nurse in 2008.
