  • Act as the senior clinical lead after hours , providing oversight and direction to care staff and enrolled nurses across the facility.
  • Conduct urgent and routine resident assessments , initiate appropriate interventions, and escalate to GPs or emergency services as required.
  • Coordinate admissions, transfers and discharges after hours, ensuring all documentation, medication charts and care plans are up to date.
