Within my time working alongside the club, I’ve progressed through an increased amount of responsibility/ Promoted to my current role as Club Supervisor, the role consists of opening and closing the club’s various venues, supervisor role skills include:

• Financial banking through CMS software
• Returning and issuing of tills
• Single-handedly operating the club through managing bar/gaming/bistro staff members
• Ordering stock/Management reports
• IGT/Keno software
• Safe counts

While employed at Grill’d Wollongong my duties included serving customers, head griller and FOH supervisor, ensuring all consumer experiences were at their best, and replenishing stock and beverage orders across multiple stores from the south coast.
