Richard Bell

I started my own earth moving business 21 years ago. I have owned & operated many types of machinery from Skid steer loaders, Excavators, Tip Trucks and trailers, Compaction equipment throughout this time.

I have consistently worked on tier 2 Victorian government projects working alongside numerous builders.

I have a comprehensive understanding of Workplace Safety in the construction industry as I have to comply with all health & safety requirements for my own machinery and also to be compliant to work on all construction sites.

I have been very fortunate to work in all fields of the earth moving from small domestic to large commercial projects, giving me a sound knowledge of this industry.

I started my professional employment with Lawrence & Hanson in 1998 working on the sales counter. I was able to develop great interpersonal skills dealing with customers and large projects. I was very keen to learn all aspects of this industry which developed me to become the store manager as of February 2000.

During this time I enjoyed completing many effective sales techniques seminars & people management courses.

This put me in good stead to start my own business with much knowledge learned of running a business.
