I have an extensive history in logistics and project management, both locally and internationally managing complex projects end to end. From new manufacturing factory builds, factory relocations, international conferences, large scale power company installations, logistical consultancy to ASX listed companies, craft beer breweries and music festivals.
Festival Enterprises manages events Australia wide and provides logistical, administrative and legal support.
Texstyle commenced as a fabric design studio for window furnishings which quickly morphed into a wholesaler developing our own fabrics and sourcing from overseas and contract coatings/finishings in Australia.
The business was sold to Texstyle's largest client.
During the development of the product range, we also developed an in house financial and warehouse systems.
Brella was Australia's leading commercial and textile manufacturer.
Having worked in both small and large teams throughout my career, and worked with almost every ethnicity and socio-economic group, I consider my self to be an excellent "people person" and can quickly build a strong rapport to form part of a negotiation strategy when solving contentious or difficult issues.
At the time of purchasing the Ballarat Beer Festival over 9 years ago, the attendance was dropping - we have grown this every year with the exception of 2021 (COVID- but we did manage to run the festival after a 5 day lockdown) and 2022 (COVID affected).
