Keen troubleshooting and technical skills lending themselves to improved productivity in all areas of resource processing operations. Always striving for process improvement and plant optimisation with a collaborative and consultative approach. These skills are backed by a positive and proactive approach to safety and risk management with a focus on an as low as reasonably practicable (ALARP) approach. Coupled with these operational and risk management skills, is demonstrated excellence and skill in leadership, effective people management, mentoring, commercial acumen.
