• Lead and managed the Regional Development Program across Queensland in partnership with the thirteen regional tourism organisations (RTO's), local councils and other internal and external stakeholders, funding events that will help attract visitors to Queensland and encourage future tourism and investment
• Oversee an annual allocation of $2-3million, funding up to 100 events per year ranging from music, art and food festivals, to sporting events and regional and cultural celebrations.

Managed event registration systems, small business server and ICT
systems, directly managed over 250,000 event competitors. Role
involved supervision and mentoring a day to day team of 17 staff and
several hundred onsite event volunteers.
