As a prospective sustainability practitioner, my foremost objective is to make a constructive impact on my local environment. To achieve this, I intend to undertake initiatives that prioritize biodiversity, conservation, and mitigation of activities that contribute the increasingly pressing issues stemming from climate change.

My proficiencies as an authentic, adaptive leader, along with my scientific literacy and capacity to communicate scientific concepts to a diverse audience, pave the way for innovative changes to transpire. Ultimately, my aim is to address the intricacies of climate change mitigation by cultivating a culture that fosters collaboration and alignment of goals, thereby enabling others to thrive.

  • Coaching and training direct reports on critical processes; blending of vaccine, sterilization of blending equipment, control of environment and inspection of vials for quality and integrity
  • Ferment and incubate bacterial antigen and direct the scale up and harvest of viral antigen
  • Control of aseptic environment; settle/active air, and contact plates, particle count readings, control of room pressure cascade, room treatment with ionized hydrogen peroxide and layer cleans with ethanol and F10Sc in accordance with GMP requirements
  • Operating and troubleshooting vial dispensing equipment, autoclave, hot air oven, freeze drier and single use technology portable tanks
  • Conduct regular audits to confirm manufacturing procedure meets current GMP requirements and to prove sterility of manufacturing process
  • Voluntarily sat on consultative committee and acted as fire warden during tenure.
