Responsible for the accurate measurement, set out and recording of mine workings, the design, planning and safety of underground mining activities.

Chart and certify the accuracy of underground workings, reporting to relevant authorities.

Provide timely and proficient survey services for all underground and surface activities.

Perform all general underground mining survey requirements, subsidence monitoring, GPS data collating, generate and update statutory plans and extensive 3D Autocad activities.

Provide quality survey services to clients. Be an active leader of the survey team and ensure the client's needs are met.

Cooperate, liaise and communicate closely with fellow survey team members, clients and supervises.

Efficient delivery of surveying services and advice to clients to satisfy business and program objectives in a commercial environment.

Working in conjunction with Geoscience teams. Responsible for the set out of grid lines, Coordinating and levelling marks in a remote environment.

Project Surveyor on a number of construction sites. Extensive digital terrain modelling, Subdivision construction set out, Boundary definition, Processing and analysis of data.

Extensive remote surveying up Cape York Peninsula.

Began as chainmen, becoming party leader after 6mths.
