Completed 4 year carpentry apprenticeship in New Zealand from 1987 to 1990. Continued building on construction sites and subdivisions building houses from 1990 to 2006 as a sub contractor, was offered a change of employment to be a poly welder for merit lining systems, in Australia, my main role was to supervise a team of up to 10 workers to travel around Australia and overseas installing and waterproofing irrigation ponds, landfills, and lining water tanks. As my children were at a young age then I didn't want to travel away anymore, and joined an agency to find local work in 2015. I worked as a agency casual for Bevchain until made permanent in 2019
