- Took my accounts from my previous employer and maintained existing relationships

- Responsible for quoting building out 2 Data Centers with Networking equipment over $3,000,000 sale price.

Senior Sales/Senior Managing Partner

- Started at this position with only 4 people in the company, 3 owners and 1 other salesperson.

- All cold calls and had to come up with your own leads, via Hoovers, Network Solutions and later on, LinkedIn.

- 6 month of a small base and then straight commission after that.

- IT hardware distributor, Sun Microsystems, HP, IBM, DELL, Cisco and Brocade on the networking side.

- Long sales cycles but it’s all about repeat business, building and maintaining relationships.

- Managed to become partner at Mojo Systems in 2008 and was in charge of helping and training our new sales hires. Company grew to over 25 employees by 2018.

- Exceeded my yearly quota every year from 2008 until 2019.
