  • My duties include data entry of hearing aid products and invoices to customers. Packaging of hearing aid devices/ chargers/ accessories. Fitting hearing aid components such as hearing receivers and child lock components. Handling of customer order sheets and sorting into hearing aid markets.
  • Handling damaged goods sent back from customers. Handling of Sales Force Cases such as complaints and re-orders + VIP customer orders.
  • Working with customer service to ensure same day agreement orders get processed and arrive to our customers on time.
  • For WSA AUDIOLOGY I was hand picked to work in Canada for a month as part of a Global Go Live project team. I was the only one from Australia that went and many of our employees travelled from around the world to assist also. This Included supporting our Canada WSA site with new processing systems they are now using to process hearing aid data and invoices. Assisting in quality workups for the office and warehouse and overall helping Canada WSA transition as smooth as possible. It was fun! This was in the months of April – May 2023. After Canada I was straight into completing my Leadership program course.

  • Duties Involved.
  • Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records. Examine and inspect products to ensure that packing specifications are met. Count products and materials.
  • Mark and label containers, or products, using marking tools. Clean warehousing products. Remove completed or defective products or materials, placing them on moving equipment such as conveyors or in specified areas such as loading docks.
  • Obtain, move, and sort products, materials, containers, and orders. Store completed documents in appropriate locations. Locate and correct data entry errors, or report them to supervisors. Select materials needed to complete work assignments.

  • Paper picking products for chemist warehouses. Labelling products as they were picked with location, quantity, and product barcodes.
  • Use of RF scanning guns to ensure correct product information was sent to customers. Use of EPJ (electric pallet jacks) to move and stage pallets in correct lanes in which each of those lanes were directed as one chemist warehouse store.
  • A high demand for attention to detail as this job required paper picking in which it can be easy to make a mistake, also general warehouse duties such as cleaning and wiping down products before packing them onto pallets and sending them to customers.
