As a Field Coordinator at PT. Sinar Putra Pratama, I was responsible for overseeing and managing field operations to ensure projects were completed efficiently and met client expectations. My role involved planning and organizing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating resources and team members, and monitoring progress to ensure everything stayed on track. I served as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships by providing regular updates and addressing any concerns promptly. Additionally, I focused on optimizing operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs. My ability to solve problems quickly and effectively ensured that challenges were resolved without impacting project timelines or quality.

As a student volunteer with the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (ICB), I helped increase membership and community engagement. I worked on creating strategies to encourage more people to join the ICB, organized events, and developed promotional materials. My efforts contributed to raising awareness about the benefits of ICB membership and led to an increase in new members.
