As the Home Care Package Specialist, I ensure Home Care Packages are established, implemented, and reviewed
reflecting a clients’ preferences and assessed needs. In this role I work closely with the Support at Home Program
Manager to monitor and report on Home Care Package and Commonwealth Home Support funding is consistent with
legislation, quality frameworks and funding guidelines.

The role of Operations Support Officer – Home Care is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations of the Operations Team of workforce coordinators, system supports, and administration coordinator. They ensure workflows are streamlined andthat incoming business flows through:
