Through taking on a managerial role within the band, the avenue has afforded the development of effective communication and networking skills, promotional and logistical proficiency, leadership, and the ability to be adaptable. Further, the prospect has strengthened self management and work ethic in the enhancement of instrument, performance, and songwriting proficiency. Performance prospects have increased confidence and ability to interact with audiences.
