Good morning/afternoon, my name is Riley Dennis and I would like to apply for a job as a casual worker. I am 18 years old and have just graduated high school from Southern Cross Catholic College last year. I have over four years of experience in customer service at Grill'd and KC's Convenience and Fish and Chip bar. I have developed strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills. I am adept at managing customer inquiries, providing tailored solutions, and maintaining a positive, professional demeanour even in challenging situations. My ability to adapt to diverse customer needs, coupled with a deep understanding of customers and active listening, has consistently helped improve customer satisfaction and foster loyalty. Along with the lines of work, I have played numerous sports such as rugby league for my school competing at confraternity cup, I have played basketball for just over a decade and have been captain of numerous representative teams and have played at the state level, along with a few other team sports. Making me a great team player and additionally, a better person who knows how to communicate with others efficiently and listen to given instructions. I was a house captain in senior secondary and excelled as a leader, leading my house to win multiple sporting events. Lastly, I have my drivers license and my own car that I always have full access too.
