Riley Digney

• I worked as a kitchen crew member where I had to work individually or as a group fast and efficiently to keep the customers happy
• I also partook in roles such as cleaning and unloading trucks in order to keep the store rooms stocked

• I worked at the Campion Education warehouse in Malaga for the entirety of the 2021-22 summer season
• My roles included picking, where I had to pick large quantities of books and other stationary items for customers orders
• As I was one of the selected few to work here for longer than most other employers I was assigned to other jobs such as packing orders, stocking shelves, cleaning the warehouse and counting items in preparation for the 2022 stock take
• Due to being the last remaining employee for the summer season I obtained the ability to work very well as an individual and whilst in a team situation

• For one day I was selected to be a Brand Ambassador for this marketing team where I had to package dog biscuits for RAC pet insurance

• Whilst I worked at Toll in Hazelmere, I unloaded trucks by manually loading the items onto a conveyor belt
• Often I was asked to check the belt to see if any items had either fallen off or sustained damages

• In the 17 months I spent working at A.H
• Beard I was able to get experience in a large range of areas
• I spent time working with warehouse equipment such as a bagging machine and glue guns in my roles as bagger and mattress builder
• Although I participated in these roles my main role for the last 10+ months was dispatch assistant where I was responsible for the picking of orders, loading of trucks and invoicing of orders
• Whilst the dispatch manager was away I was able to spend 5 weeks as the fill in manager where I was able to largely improve my people skills and became more comfortable in a high level position

I spent 5 months working as a trades assistant at the EMRC wood waste to energy plant where I helped with the pre commisioning phase. After the contract I was working under ended I spent a few months working within the residential industry where I was able to learn more of the housing aspect of electrical work.
