I regularly help support supervision of my younger cousin since he has entered our families care.

• I have helped supported his creativity through building projects (magnetic blocks) helping to stimulate his imagination and expression.
• I often offered emotional support by actively listening to his concerns and responding empathetically while fostering his problem-solving abilities.
• I have helped him improve his language development by engaging in storytelling, reading books, and encouraging conversation.
• Played games, worked on puzzles, and read books.
• This has given me confidence in monitoring play areas and consistently enforcing family rules.

• Managed administrative tasks during athletics day such as scheduling and record-keeping.
• Supported engaging, fun, and smooth-running events by helping with organization and planning.
• Communicated with staff members to help them stay informed about volunteer roles and responsibilities.
• Represented MLMC positively and professionally during my role in this community event.
