- Re-commissioning of Ravensthorpe Nickel Operation (specifically the Acid plant and Power station).
- Safely undertake equipment isolation using current permit to work systems and documentation.
- Maintain and operate the Sulphuric Acid Plant, Power Station and Water processing plant, including 3 x diesel fired package boilers, 3 x 18.5Mw steam turbines, a sulphur fired furnace with 2 x waste heat boilers, 2 x MED/TCD desalination units and a Mixed resin bed demineralisation plant.
- Process control room experience operating all above mentioned equipment.
- Stand in shift supervisor.
- Coordinated with engineering teams during equipment upgrades or installation projects, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing production activities.
- Spearheaded shutdown planning from an operations perspective for RNO's largest plant outage.
