DESCRIPTION : I have successfully delivered all the tiling and stone works to luxurious kitchens, balconies, and bathrooms. The project also included a full design, procurement, fabrication, and installation of stone to the common areas, penthouses (414 apartments & 52 storey).


Greenland Centre Sydney (2020 Nov - 2021 July)

Subcontract works for Pro Build $9.5m


DESCRIPTION : I have successfully delivered all the tiling and stone works to luxurious kitchens, balconies, and bathrooms. The project also included a full design, procurement, fabrication, and installation of stone to the common areas. The development will house 479 spectacular 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom luxury apartments, plus stunning sub-penthouse and penthouse residence across 67 levels.

Heritage- Greenway flat - Milson point (2019 April -2020 April)

Client : NSW department of planning, industry & environment - NSW land & housing corporation

Description: This complex project involved renewal of window components to 1300 steel-framed fixed and operable windows of varying types, also internal works. the heritage greenway social housing complex comprises approximately 300 social housing units across 4 towers.


Client: family & community services - land & housing corporation.

Value: $1.4m

Duration: 6 months


Description: this project involved access, security and amenity improvements to an LAHC social housing property – a new passengers lift (6level) was installed and a security office and amenity, kitchen added.
