under Project Dantak in Eastern Bhutan. The project included construction of 13.2KM Primary National Highway from Yadi-Kheri with the project cost of $4.80M.

• Oversaw the construction of road infrastructure, drainage systems, and retaining walls.
• Conducted joint measurements, quantity surveying, and prepared RA bills using AutoCAD and Excel.
• Managed procurement, negotiated contracts, and optimized resource allocation to minimize project costs.
• Delivered technical support for complex construction activities, including ground stabilization using admixtures.
• Successfully implemented measures to prevent freezing and thawing damage, enhancing structure durability.
