Summary

My professional life has mostly been around wine however I am passionate about getting the best from people. What motivates them and how businesses can leverage that power. My skill is in strategy and loading the business to work towards that shared vision. I have pulled businesses apart and rebuilt them from the ground up to get them into a great position. I think outside the box and pride myself on my problem solving analysis and rectification. I love this area but do not just want to work for anyone. I am dedicated and take everything that I do to it's absolute. I do thank you.
