I have worked in Cloudfactory for more than three years(since 2019). I started as a data annotator at he beginning and stepped into team leader by gaining experience with mentors. As a team leader in a project I was responsible to train freshers on the project tools , guidelines and workflow ecosystem. I was a crucial part in of communication flow happening between delivery team (Management team) and annotators (Workforce). And the most important part which I was in charge of was to make sure there was consistency among all the annotator team's task and was entitled to work as a quality analyst as well.
