During this time, I have been afforded the opportunity to act in variety of Nursing Leadership roles such as Nursing Director, ADON, and Nurse Manager throughout Princess Alexandra hospital and Metro South Health. I am competent and confident in my ability to manage staff, patients and the allied health team. I have gained a diverse array of skills and attributes in Leadership and Nursing clinical governance. Dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) with progressive career history in direct patient care, triage and care coordination in fast-paced environment. Proven to remain calm under pressure and skillfully handle difficult patients and high-stress situations.
