Versatile and dynamic, I advanced from packing room to spray dryer operator at Tatura Milk, mastering the art of drying high-grade infant formulas. With a flair for mechanical repairs and fabrication, my journey includes excellence in customer service and adeptness in forklift operation, underscoring my commitment to quality and efficiency.
I started in the packing room in the msd2 spray dryer at Tatura milk industries in 2001. Working my way up through milk standardisation/ batch preparation to running the spray dryer. Drying all manner of commodity powders to specialised value added powders and ultimately highest grade infant formulas and infant base powders. I specialised in developing running conditions for new products and training new operators.
During my time at Sound Exhaust I fitted all manner of standard exhaust systems, built performance systems from scratch including making headers for custom applications. I fitted and wired towbars and also performed mechanical repairs related to exhaust work such as retrieval of broken studs, repairing damaged manifolds and fabricating custom bracketry when needed. I also served customers on a regular basis, quoting replacement, repair and custom work.
Over the last 3 years since leaving Tatura Milk Industries I have been operating my own small business performing rust repairs on older vehicles and a wide variety of mechanical repairs on cars and trailers. As I have had a keen interest in all things mechanical from a young age, particularly motorcycles and hotrods. I like to perform as much of the work on my own projects as I possibly can as every new challenge presents a learning opportunity.
