A1 Building Group was a challenging role as i was the only Building Supersviser manging the state with a small admin team To assist in the day to day tasks.

i was able to successfully manage 70-100 Claims Ranging from Tasmania - And storm claims assisting QLD as required.

- Estimating large Loss and complex claims.

- Liaising with Building coordintors / External Assessors

- Completing Claims requiring council / professional approvals successfully.

- Managing my own schedule to manage my time efficiently and increase productivity.

- Customer contact and site meetings to ensure the Customer is satisfied and trades are correctly completing scopes as directed.

- Use and maintain knowledge of all relevant building codes and standards.

• Cleaning and maintaining of all cars / vans, Stock and equipment checking in all camper vans, Management of customer pick-ups and drop-offs, Receiving bookings and payments, Distribution of all 'Coprice' products received in the warehouse, Managing phone orders from customers, Use of a forklift to distribute larger orders

• Counting of entire stock, Calculating missing / extra goods, Working as a team

• Assist customers with fuel (driveway service), Receive payment or obtain credit authorization, Demonstrate equipment to customers and explain functioning of equipment, Place new merchandise on display, Water, oil and tyre checks

Working at Hernan Building has been a great opportunity as the management of claims has originated from lodgement.

Each individial claim is managed from start finish and does not change hands during the claims process. This has enabled me to Learn the best possible management of office / onsite time.

Specializing in Escape of liquid claims completing and maintaining an average repair life of30-40 days and meeting our $6500 Average claim cost.

- Creating and managing spreadsheets on excell that can be used as a "Live Spreadsheet" That my trades can update without phone calls.

- Excellence in dispute resolution having the ability to turn a Customers experience around and have an updated feedback added and improving the "Voice of Customer"

- Receiving awards for supplier of the Year Whilst Implementing new strategies and successfully delivering KPI's Monthly.
