  • Developed the PaTH Program (NSW Government) SAP Training Deployment Strategy encompassing a digital first approach to learning. (This strategy and approach enabled the widespread adoption of SAP Companion and created an expansive learning landscape, a first for NSW Government).
  • Developed a detailed role based Learning Needs Analysis and Curriculum for HCM, FI, Purchasing and Reports & Analytics streams.
  • Successfully developed and executed large scale and complex training schedules across 4 releases to over 50 NSW Government agencies and divisions.
  • Designed and deployed purpose built pre go-live Program Learning HUBs. The online digital learning portal hosted over 1,600 learning support interventions and digital on demand content.
  • Streamlined training logistics processes by implementing efficient online tools to drive self service training course registrations.
  • Managed a team of 10 trainers and learning support coordinators to drive the development of over 2000 SAP learning artifacts including eLearning Courses, Simulations, Quick Reference Guides, Micro Videos, eBooks and contextual in-system help.
  • Successfully deployed training to over 20,000 employees to date via online remote delivery (instructor led webinars) and face-to-face sessions.
  • Led the development of an automated training attendance data reporting solution adopting use of PowerAutomate and SAP Analytics cloud for weekly training reports.
  • Established a Reporting and Analytics Community of Practice with the business to drive capability and adoption of the SAP Analytics Cloud tool.
