I believe my biggest strength is my communication, both verbal and written with customers, staff and suppliers alike. My ability to relate to people on a personal and/or business level and understand and empathise with their point of view or the issue at hand. I enjoy bringing people “along for the ride” so we assist each other to achieve our common goal. I love working with people and embrace the challenges this brings. My passion is identifying a skill or a passion in someone and nurturing that and helping them to grow and hone that skill into a useful business tool for themselves, the company and our customers. I love building relationships with our client base on both business and personal levels. I like to cultivate relationship where both businesses experience growth together. This is what drives sales and excites me.
