• Working alongside senior mechanics and apprentices to gain hands-on experience with advanced repair techniques and tools.
• Performing full routine servicing, including oil changes, Brake work, filter and fluid replacement.
• Conducting more complex work including removing a gearbox and other components to access a Rear Main Seal, replacing a Water Pump, torquing Head Bolts and participating in replacing a Cylinder Head.
• Gaining understanding and techniques to remove seized and heavy components , commonly appearing on diesel vehicles while becoming proficient in the use of a diverse range of tools and equipment.

This employment is not full time, however stands to fill additional time while building further communication and adaptation skills. This position is facilitating the growth and development of skills such as machinery operation including small front loaders, equipment operation including bagging machines and moving product such as dirt and mulch, alongside of light truck operation. Front of house work is a component of this role, further building thorough adaptation skills by working effectively with costumers to organise jobs and their respective availabilities, while delivering work and product on time, in a professional manner.

This includes assisting my local employer in dismantling existing and worn decking, building a new one on a costumers property, and helping to build fences in between dwellings. General contractor work.

This employment stood to build social skills, teamwork skills, and workload management skills while studying in Year 10 and Year 11. This employment was terminated as I wished to prioritise my studies in Year 12.
