A VCE Year 12 graduate interested in full-time work in a mechanical apprenticeship rather than university. Holding part-time positions at Nando's and Subway, I played an important role in a high-functioning team where I developed time management, teamwork skills and workplace adaptation skills which are desired and are ready to use in an Automotive workplace. Through these positions, I also developed the ability to work effectively under pressure and immense time constraints. Upon my completion of year 12, my focus on education shifted as I became more aware of my interests, hobbies, and goals. I am looking for full-time employment as a heavy diesel apprentice, with further ambitions to complete the Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology Certification 3, following my Heavy Diesel Apprenticeship. I am undertaking a Certificate 2 in Automotive Vocational Preparation not only to broaden my knowledge and skills in the Automotive industry and improve my learning ability and understanding for a Heavy Diesel Apprenticeship but also to widen my future career opportunities.
