Currently, I hold a supervisory role at Liquip, where I manage a team of 30 professionals. In this capacity, I embrace the challenges and responsibilities of leadership, always striving to inspire and cultivate the development of my team’s skillsets. I am driven by a commitment to foster growth and efficiency in the workplace while ensuring a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Accomplishments

  • Throughout my professional journey, I have been fortunate to encounter opportunities that far exceeded my expectations. From the early stages of my career at PBA Safety, I was exposed to a comprehensive range of my trade, equipping me with the necessary knowledge to navigate the highly competitive landscape. Subsequently, I transitioned to mountain trail engineering, leveraging my acquired skills to establish a thriving business. Initially employing a small team, I gradually expanded my organisation to encompass over 60 staff members. I played a pivotal role in building the business from its foundation, providing training and mentorship to new employees as they navigated the challenges of a novel industry. Today, the business stands as a resounding success.
