I was the key Business Analyst/Project Manager for this Financial audit system for all Department Agencies (comprising over 50 at the time).
I reported directly to the Director, Financial Services.
Reduced financial audit lifecycle from 36 days to 3 days.
The application allowed users to create multiple forms/surveys per project with zero coding (drag and drop), with sophisticated workflows and permissions. All forms provided real-time reporting, sophisticated final reports, delegation ability and reminder prompts, amongst other features designed to increase productivity and efficiency.
