I like to live a healthy lifestyle daily with either or all cycling, walking, swimming and yoga.


Spending time with my family and friends is extremely important to me and there never seems quite enough time to do this.


I have spent the last few months travelling interstate and overseas soaking in the fabulous foods, cultures and magnificent sceneries.
