I’m a passionate program manager with nine years’ experience in the water and sewer industry, and have delivered a wide variety of programs across Select Solutions and NPS. During this time, I have worked with Metropolitan and Regional Water Authorities to deliver a variety of programs which has enabled me to develop and maintain great working relationships with key stakeholders within the industry.
I have strong experience in mentoring my team members and enabling them to be the best versions of themselves. I pride myself on the team culture that I have built across various teams during my time in management. I believe that my most notable strengths are in my ability to work under pressure, find solutions to complex problems in and out of the field and improve and nurture strong relationships with my clients. I also pride myself on my ability to deliver difficult programs with difficult clients, delivering strong performance metrics with these clients.

- Went from managing $88,000 in revenue to $155,000 from November 2019 to April 2020. Although the business picked up GWW in this time, I believe my strong relationships with my clients helped contribute to this increase.
