Rocco Theuma

I have been working for Toybox Tales on and off for close to 32 months now. I would consider my role at Toybox Tales as flexible as they have varied anywhere from heavy lifting boxes of stock to dusting shelves and occasionally serving customers. Currently, I am packaging online orders to be shipped regionally, alongside moving boxes of stock onto the shelves and any other tasks necessary.

I worked at Cold Rock for approximately 18 months, where my responsibilities included serving customers, restocking ice cream and toppings, and maintaining hygiene standards through regular cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and completing closing duties. The role required strong memory skills to retain a wide range of ice-cream and topping combinations, as well as effective time management—particularly during the busy summer period, when balancing online order preparation with in-store customer service was essential.
