I am an Australian army cadet Lance corporal at 127 ACU Ipswich. I would normally lead a section of 10 or more. I have attended Four 9-day Veteran mentor Junior leader programs I'm an Organized and dependable candidate successful at managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude. Willingness to take on added responsibilities to meet team goals. Detail-oriented team player with strong organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy.

In cadets they teach us leadership, First aid, Teamwork, Initiative, respect, discipline and much more. i am the rank of lance corporal so i would normally lead sections of 10 or more. i am in my second year of cadets. i have learned a lot of things in cadets as stated earlier.
