I used to be a full-time pizza maker over there.
I have a good knowledge of making the dough from scratch.
I have been working with a gas oven and a deck oven at a temperature of around 430-450 degrees, which is equivalent to a wood-fired oven, but I would love to learn about wood-fired ovens as well.

I, along with three fellow pizzamakers from +39, was able to secure the 34th position in 2023 and the 33rd position in 2024 at the Top 50 pizzerias in the Asia-Pacific region, ranked in the top 10 all over Australia
