Established in Bendigo in 2003, Devlin Estate Agents Pty Ltd has been the proprietary vehicle through which I have owned and operated residential & commercial real estate agencies located in Bendigo, Kyneton and Beechworth, Victoria.


From 2003 to 2012 I operated a two office real estate agency with an office in Bendigo and Kyneton with a staff of 16 people and successfully sold that enterprise and relocated to my current address in Wangaratta, North East Victoria.


In 2013 I purchased two real estate agencies and amalgamated them to form Devlin Estate Agents Beechworth which I operated until I successfully sold the office in August 2023 - retaining the sales department.


Since August 2023, my wife and I "semi-retired" for the remainder of the year and during that time I have obtained my Class 1 NSW Real Estate Licence and also joined the AIBB and completed their induction training.


I am ready to get back into the harness and wish to focus on hospitality brokerage.

Additional Information

I come from a family of publicans and grew up in the family hotel working behind the bar from the age of 12; before I commenced my journey in the property industry. I have a family member in the motel industry and also own a freehold country hotel which I self manage.
