- Developed and then used in team resources to deliver a land access competency framework to GLNG Landholder Relations team members, establishing a minimum standard for all staff whilst also providing learning and development opportunities
- Developed and implemented new contractual and commercial templates and terms which improved land access outcomes for Santos by reducing legal costs and timeframes
- Project chair for successful IT project to capture external stakeholder information and compensation payments, replacing inefficient manual systems
