• Actively controlled all project deliverables for Pacific Coast Shopping Centres, including expansion feasibility for Port Central - Port Macquarie and Kempsey Central and tenant sourcing for Coffs Central project.

• Secured primary office tenant and retail from BCU Bank including building naming rights.

• Managed lease agreements from inception, ensuring legal compliance and minimising potential disputes between parties.

• Secured multiple new national brands for Coffs Central including Sportscraft and Endota, Laser Clinics Australia.

• Approached by the Managing Director at AMP Capital Shopping Centres to manage the leasing performance for the West Australian assets and secure funding approval for the proposed developments at Karrinyup and Garden City, Booragoon.

• The West Australian developments had experienced delays in funding and the goal was to ensure progression and approval of the proposed $1.4 billion pipeline.

• Successfully delivered all of the operational budgets, despite challenges in the West Australian economy and significant holdovers due to pending redevelopments. Secured additional funding (approval of the preliminary development proposal) with final development funding due in September 2017 for Garden City Booragoon.

• Achieved initial Karranyup approval prior to the Majors changing which lead to the delays in the project (initial yield and IRR hurdles achieved).

• Vacancies achieved in alignment with budget expectation at sub 1%.

• Optimised unit turnover times by working closely with maintenance staff to prioritize repairs and cleaning tasks.

• Approached by the Director of Leasing at Westfield Limited (Peter Leslie), to join Westfield and manage the operational shopping centre leasing team and assets for Victoria.

• Victoria was undergoing three major redevelopments (Geelong, Doncaster and Plenty Valley). The requirement was to ensure the seamless performance of the operational assets during this period.

• Successfully delivered the operational budgets and achieved strong team unity during this transitional time (delivered 0.0% vacancies).

• Managed the joint venture relationships initially with AMP and Perron Group. This was extended over time to include Dexus, SAS Nominees and GIC.

• Consistently delivered 0.0% vacancies and achieved NOI across the Victorian portfolio year on year.

• Staff recruiting and mentoring, which yielded two of my direct reports being awarded Westfield Leasing Executive of the Year.

• Consultatively lead all Victorian leasing strategies, business plans, budget approvals with the Director of Leasing and external joint venture partner.
