- Maintenance Trainer/Supervisor, in this capacity I was responsible for development, mapping and delivering training programs to all HME Fitters and Crews, implementation of “live SOS testing” on HME Trucks including Condition Monitoring of mobile equipment and Workshop oil stations using PAMAS S40 mobile particle counter instrument which included Reliability reporting to all Workshop Supervisors.
- Encompassing this role, further training of 120 Rolleston maintenance personal in Contamination Control = Continuous Improvement, VIMS, ET and other associated CAT systems including ECA and Reliability Reporting and preventive maintenance strategies.
- Planning both STP and LTP for 45 heavy mobile trucks namely CAT; 12x789C, 12x793F, 16x795F including Ancillary Water/Service Trucks 777G.
- In the capacity as short-term planner, I raise work orders/defects, order parts and deliver a weekly maintenance plan from between 150-200 work orders per week, once jobs are completed the work orders closed out with history recorded in SAP.
- In the capacity as LTP formulate 3-6 month forecast using SAP as a tool, then draft shut down using Microsoft project for accurate timing and scope of workflow. Once the Truck shut is completed close all work orders and record all components in SAP on hours achieved.
- Review and Budget forward Year Planning Capex Expenditure using Xeros as a tool.
