Summary

Having worked in various schools, covering a large Geographical and Socio-economic variety, I have come to appreciate a variety of needs and worked within technological restraints.

Having learnt a lot on the job as ICT Support for the current school there is more I would like to learn in the area of Endpoint Manager in particular. There is nothing like direct application of knowledge and this last 12 months I have worked with an expanded Administrator access to help move towards a serverless school. This has improved my configuration and management skills.
