  • Sales initiatives, Christmas 2017/18 (Sept-Jan) I had to come up with Sales driving initiatives, I was able to negotiate with the Shopping Centre and Sealy to go into a vacant shop which proved to be very successful where we wrote $429k in sales at no cost to the Myer business. We did this again in Christmas 2018/2019 where we again were successful with Sales of $470k and at no cost to the Myer business. This is planned again for Christmas 2019/2020.
  • Customer Experience, I was one of 4 Managers who worked on a strategy to improve the Customer Experience in Queensland. The Strategy was about delighting our Customers, this was a 3 prong strategy of Defend, Dominate and Delight. The strategy was so successful Myer rolled this out nationally and we won an award in the Companies Inspirational Peoples Award for Innovation in Business.
  • Community, As a founding member of the Myer Community Fund I had the pleasure of being part of a Team that helps to raise funds to benefit a number of Charity’s and this year I was able to help The Lady Musgrave Foundation secure a $25,000 Myer Community Fund grant to aid their foundation.
